The Undercroft

You are in a wide open area whose floor has been polished to a slippery smoothness by the feet of the thousands of students who have passed over it throughout the centuries in which the Maths/Physics building has stood on this spot.

A confusing variety of exits present themselves. In one corner are a set of double doors leading to a wide staircase going even further down into the bowels of the building Along the far wall are two sets of doors marked "MLT2" and "MLT3". Somewhat further along is a staircase cut from the living rock of the building which vanishes upwards through an archway. Along the side are a number of wide doors leading to yet more doors to the left and the right. To your immense relief, you spot the words "Computer Science" written in large, friendly letters on the wall behind the glass panes of the wide doors to the side of the open area.
