Auckland University had a strong showing in the recent New Zealand
Programming Contest (Aug 5th) by having the overall top team. Our stage
two team actually came in 3rd overall and we had a stage one team that
tied in top points with a stage one team competing at the Hamilton site.

The 1st place team consisted of Po Shao (Parker Shaw), Lev Gimel'farb
and Vane Trajkov. Our 3rd place team (stage two winners) consisted of
Benjamin Whale and Doug Wilson. Auckland's top stage 1 team consisted of
Chris Wilson, Tom Leys and Simon Waterer.
